1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1 c. shredded carrots
1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms chopped
1 c. cauliflower cut in small sections
2-3 c. left-over turkey in chuncks
3 green onions chopped
1/2 lb. cheese cut in small cubes
1/2 c. chopped black olives
1 cup mayo
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
4 small tomatoes chopped
butter lettuce

Wash lettuce dry and set aside. In a small mixing bowl mix together mayo and Worcestershire sauce. In a large serving bowl add all the remaining ingredients after they have been chopped and prepared. To serve use the lettuce as a wrap for the turkey salad. Enjoy!
