1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 beaten egg
1 (10 oz) can tomato soup
1/4 c. rice (uncooked)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/4 c. of soup, uncooked rice, onion, powder, pepper, and egg. Add hamburger; mix well and shape into 20 meatballs. Place in a large skillet. Mix the rest of the soup with Worcestershire sauce, oregano, and 1/2 c. water. Pour over meatballs and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 20 minutes until the meat is no longer pink and the rice is tender. Skim off any fat. Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
