1 cup margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
3 eggs
1 ½ tsp. soda
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ cup chopped walnuts
3 cups apples
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together butter and sugar till creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Stir in vanilla; sift flour with soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir into creamy mixture. Add nuts and apples. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 ½ hours. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
