2 cans pinto beans, drained (or pork & beans)
¾ cup beer or water
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup cooked bacon
1 green pepper, sliced thin
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 cup molasses
¼ cup ketchup
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:

Cook bacon and drain. Break into small pieces. Cook onion and green pepper until slightly brown.

In 1 ½ quart casserole dish combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours.
