3 cups diced cooked turkey or chicken
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced (or more)
3 tbsp butter
3 cups water
1 28-oz can tomatoes
1 7 1/2-oz can tomato sauce
1 14-oz can kidney beans
3 carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
3 tbsp rice
2 bouillon cubes
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 small head cabbage, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, heat turkey or chicken, onion and garlic in butter until onion is transparent.

Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover, bring to boil and simmer 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving.
