2 tablespoons olive oil
1 can green chilies or 1 jalapeņo seeded and chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
28 ounces black beans, drained
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves (can use parsley)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper sauce (if desired)
coarse salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, jalapeņo, garlic and onion; Saute for 2 or 3 minutes. Add beans and stir in seasonings and cayenne pepper sauce. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Makes great burrito filling or side dish.
