1 to 2 C. grated carrots
1 to 2 C. grated celery
3/4 C. water
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 C. flour
2 C. milk
1 can chicken broth
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables in water over low heat. Let set. Melt butter and saute onion. Add flour and milk to make white sauce. Mix carrots, celery and white sauce together with chicken broth and cubed cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Reheat over low heat so that mixture doesn't curdle.
