1/2 tsp. chopped onion
2 C. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 C. flour
1 1/2 C. water
1/2 tsp. salt
10 oz. frozen broccoli
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in water 6 to 8 minutes. Cook onion in butter until onion is tender. Add salt, pepper, and flour. Stir until well blended. Add milk. Mix well until thick; add the cheese. Add broccoli with water.
