2 tbsp margarine
2 large onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb ground beef
1- 6oz tomato paste
1 and 1/2 cups water
2 cans 4oz each sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper diced
1 tsp vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, cheddar
1 pkg 8oz broad noodles
Directions:
Directions:
Melt Margarine, add onion, and garlic, cook until soft. Add ground beef, cook until browned. Stir in tomato paste, water, mushrooms with liquid, green pepper, vinegar, salt, pepper and cheese. Simmer 15 minutes to make a rich sauce.
Cook noodles until tender in boiling salted water. Drain and mix with sauce. Cover, bake 1 hour 350º
