4 1/2 c. warm water
2 pkgs. yeast
1 c. br. sugar
6 TBSP. oil
1 c. pdr. milk
4 tsp. salt
5 c. whole wheat flour
4-6 c. white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve together: warm water, yeast and br. sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients. Knead until dough forms. Cut dough in half. Pan immediately in greased bread pan. Cover with a dry cloth and let dough rise to the cloth. (usually about an hour) Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.

I use my bosch mixer...Awesome and so fast. Just use dough hook attachement.
