1 yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together. Spread into buttered oblong loaf pan. Mix next 3 ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans and pour over first mixture in the pan. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
