1 1/2 C yellow corn meal
3 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 C buttermilk
1 C cream style corn
1/3 C oil
1 1/2 C sharp cheddar cheese grated
3 large jalapeño peppers ( 1 can)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given (except for peppers & cheese). Pour half of mixture in hot greased skillet. Add cheese and peppers and cover with remaining mixture. Bake 30 - 40 minutes at 375º.
