1/2 C warm water
2 pkgs. yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
2 C warm water
1 C dry non-fat milk
1 beaten egg
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C melted margarine
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and let stand 10 minutes
Mix and add 3 C sifted flour (beat with mixer until smooth). Add 4 C sifted flout. Mix. Let rise. Turn on a floured board or pasty cloth and knead lightly. Divide into 4 parts. Roll each in a 12 inch circle and cut in 12 pieces like a pie. Spread with melted butter and roll pieces beginning from large end. Place in pan and brush with butter. Bake 20 min. at 350º.
