1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. bisquick
2 eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
In a greased 9x9 pan, layer beef, onion and cheese.
In a bowl, combine milk, bisquick and eggs. Spread the dough even over cheese. Bake 25-35 mins, until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean - not doughy.

4 servings. Double this recipe for a bigger family. Increase the heat to 350 degrees to bake, too. I serve with a little bit of Ketchup.
