16 oz. dry pasta
2 lbs or more ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 med. jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
3 lg cloves garlic

4 cans stewed tomatoes, chopped with juice
¼ cup Ketchup
3 pkgs taco seasoning
2 T chili powder
2 T cumin powder
1 T garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Tobasco sauce to taste

8-12 grated sharp cheddar cheese
Sliced black olives.

Cook pasta until al dente and cool in water until ready to use. Do NOT overcook

Brown ground beef, drain.

Saute all veggeis in olive oil until tender and add to beef.

Add chopped stewed tomatoes, ketchup, seasonings. Add Salt and pepper and
tobasco.

Cook until liquid is reduced by ¼. Stir and add drained pasta.

Pour into 2 - 9x13 pans and cover with cheese. Sprinkle with olives if
desired.

Bake at 375, covered with foil for 15 minutes then uncover and cook for an
additional 15 minutes until cheese bubbles. Remove and let rest for 10 min.
Serve with salad and bread.
