Crust:
2 cups vanilla wafers crushed
½ cup melted margarine
2/3 cup chopped peanuts
Mix together and pat in 9x13 cake pan. Bake @ 350 for 5-10 minutes. Allow to
cool.

Second Layer:
1 - 8oz pkg cream cheese
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups cool whip (24oz size)

Third Layer:
3 cups milk
2 small pkgs instant chocolate pudding (or 1-6oz pkg)
Beat together for 2 minutes. Layer over 2nd layer
Topping
Layer with 12oz cool whip. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of peanuts and 2 grated chocolate
bars.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

May want to place in freezer between layers to allow layers to set before adding
additional layers***
