1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/4 c. Splenda
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 c. sugar for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease and flour muffin pan. Cream butter and Splenda in large bowl. Stir in eggs. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in separate bowl. Alternately add flour mixture and milk into butter mixture.
Mash about 1/4 of the berries and mix into batter. Carefully fold remaining blueberries into batter. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle sugar over tops. Bake for 20 minutes for standard muffins or 28 minutes for large muffins. Let cool in pan.
