1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar, then add eggs. Sift the dry ingredients. Now add dry ingredients to mixture and mix well. Refrigerate dough overnight. Preheat oven to 350º. Roll out dough to 1/8" thick. Cut out with cookie cutters then place on greased cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes.
