Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Cake
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup oil
2 tsp lemon extract
4 eggs (room temperature)

Glaze
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 325º F, and generously grease and flour a 12 cup bundt pan. In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients and blend them at a low speed until they're moistened; beat it for an additional 3 minutes at a medium speed. Pour the batter into the greased and floured pan.
2. Bake it at 325º for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Remove the cake from the oven, and with a long tined fork, poke deep holes every inch.
3. In a small bowl blend the glaze ingredients until they are smooth. Then spoon half of the glaze over the hot cake while it is in the pan. Let it stand for 10 minutes and invert the cake onto a serving plate, and spoon the remaining glaze over the cake; then let it cool completely.
