1 pan brownies, prepared according to box directions and cooled (I add a handful of choc. chips and nuts to brownie batter)
1 tub chocolate frosting

mint frosting:
5 Tbsp. butter, softened
dash of salt
1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2 1/3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. mint extract
green food coloring
3 Tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, salt, corn syrup and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add mint extract and food coloring. Mix in, then add the milk gradually until the frosting is a little more runny than regular cake frosting.

Spread the mint frosting over the cooled brownies; place in freezer for a short time to stiffen. Remove brownies from freezer, and carefully add a layer of chocolate frosting over the top.
