1 - 17 oz can of tiny peas, drained
1 - 16 oz can french style string beans, drained
1 1- 16 oz can bean sprouts, drained
1 - 12 oz can whole kernel white corn, drained
2 - 5 oz cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 - 6 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 - 4 oz jar pimento, drained
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped

Marinade:
1/2 cup salad oil
1 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vegetables in large bowl. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Drain off liquid before serving.
This will keep several days if you save the marinade and put the vegetables back into it and then refrigerate.
