3 (10oz) pkgs frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1c grated cheddar cheese
1c mayonnaise
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
3 T Parmesan cheese
2 sleeves Ritz crackers, finely crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook broccoli 5 minutes, drain well and squeeze lightly. Fold in all other ingredients(except the crackers). Put in a buttered 9 x13 casserole, top with the cracker crumbs, and dot with butter. Cook 30-35 minutes. Cool at least 5 minutes and cut into squares.
