2 c. chicken breast,
1 med. onion, diced,
4 cloves of garlic,
2 small cans diced chilies,
1 lg. can diced tomatoes,
1 can black beans, rinsed & drained,
1 can whole cernel corn, drained,
2-4 T. chili powder, or more,
2-3 cans chicken broth (depending on how many people you're serving)
Salt & Pepper

Cook chicken in a dry saute or a little oil. Then add onion, garlic, and cook till the onion is soft. Then add chilies, tomatoes, beans, corn. Warm it all through then add chili powder to taste. (I like a little more than I indicated in the recipe.) Add chicken broth. Simmer on top of the stove for an hour then serve.

Serving suggestions: Cut flour tortilla's with a pizza cutter into small strips then bake until crunchy at 400º then serve with a dollop of sour cream and grated cheese.
