1 or 2 packages of egg noodles
1 large roasted chicken from WalMart
1 large box/can chicken stock
1 small can of rotel/salsa (hot or mild)
1/4 block Velveeta Cheese cubed
1 cup shredded cheese (any)
Season with what you like (the fresher the better)

Directions:
Simmer chicken in stock 30 minutes, remove, cool, and debone. Stir in all cheese, noodles, and seasoning. Bring to a boil. Cook about 15 minutes. Add all deboned chicken back in, simmer on low about 15 minutes.

If you prefer a thin consistency to your soup, add only 1 package of noodles. If you like it thicker, add 2 packages of noodles.
