1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 large garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 lb. cod fish
1/4 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In saute pan, melt butter and saute vegetables with seasonings. Add crumbled Ritz crackers and mix well. Place fish in oblong pan. Spread crumb mixture on top. Sprinkle with lemon juice and bake for 30 minutes. Serve 4 to 6.
