1 1/4 cups hot water
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/4 cup potato flakes
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
3 1/4 lbs. high gluten flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, salt, powdered milk, potato flakes. Add sugar, yeast. Mix in oil. Mix in eggs. Add flour until a stiff dough forms. Knead for 5-10 minutes. Cover with a damp cloth. Let rise until double. Punch down and form into knots or rolls. Place on cookie sheet. Cover with a damp cloth. Let rise until double. Bake at 400º 10- 12 minutes. or until golden brown.
For cinnamon rolls: Roll dough into a rectangle. Mix 2 cups brown sugar, 3/4 cup softened butter, 1 tsp. cardomon, 1 Tbsp. cinnamon, and a dash of nutmeg together. Spread this on the rectangle. Starting at the long side of the dough, roll it up into a jelly roll. Cut into 1 1/2" slices and place cut side up onto a buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes, or until done.
