1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter together. Add eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and lemon extract and mix. Add flour, soda, salt and mix. Chill dough. Roll out and cut on floured board. Dip in sugar. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 400º 4-6 minutes.
