6 Roma tomatoes, diced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3 T. extra virgin olive oil
2 1/4 tsp. balsamic vinegar
2 T. chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 slices of toasted Italian bread, about 3/4" thick

Combine all ingredients except bread.
Top toasted bread with mixture.
