2 cans fava beans washed and drain
2 cloves minced garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chilly powder Or paprika
1/4 cup olive oil or to your desire
1 lemon juice
1 bunch scallion chopped
1 bunch parsley chopped
1 had tomatoes cut small
1 bell peppers chopped

In a small pot, Cooke the fava beans on medium heat add 1/2 cup of water, salt, cumin, chilly powder, lemon juice.
Bring to boiled then lower the heat to medium low and cooked for 15 min.
Add the garlic, lemon juice, try to smash the fava beans with a fork, then add olive oil mix it together, shut off the stove.
In medium casserole pour the fava bean in the casserole and decorate the top with chopped tomatoes, parsley, bell peppers, scallion. Or serve the vegetable on the side
serve with pita bread.
