2 lbs cubed beef or lamb (or whichever kind of meat you prefer)
3 lbs okra (small size frozen)
4 tbs butter
5 cloves of garlic (sliced or minced
1 bunch cilantro (chopped) (optional)
1 tsp dried coriander
1 can tomato sauce (16 oz)
1 lemon (juiced)
2 tsp salt (or to taste)
3 tsp pomegranate
4 cups water
-pinch of all-spice
-pinch of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
First, brown the beef chunks with butter. Add salt and all of the dried seasonings, then slightly sauté the minced garlic. Add the chopped cilantro and stir for 2 minute.
Then add 4 cups of water you can add more water if needed to cook the meat. Cover and cook on medium heat until the meat is tender.

Stir in the tomato sauce, lemon juice, Pomegranate and bring to a boil. Add the okra until boiling, then lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked. Serve hot, over white rice.
