4 cups peeled peaches, sliced
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 lb. processed cheese cubes
2/3 cup firm packed brown sugar
1/2 cup quick oats, uncooked
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced peaches in a 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Combine dry ingredients; cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in cheese cubes and nuts. Sprinkle this mixture over the peaches. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

VARIATION: Substitute 4 cups peeled apple slices for peaches.
