1 1/2 cup milk, scalded
1 cup butter
2 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
6 eggs, beaten until frothy
3 Tbsp. yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water
8 cups flour
1 cup additional flour to add as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cooled milk, butter, salt, sugar, eggs, yeast and 3 cups flour together. Continue adding flour until dough is only slightly sticky. Knead about 5 minutes. Put in oiled bowl and let rise about 1 1/2 hours, or until double. Shape into rolls and place on greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise until double ( about 1 hour). Bake at 375º for 14 minutes, until golden.
