3 lbs. pork roast
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup salsa or taco sauce
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Add all of the above to a slow cooker for 6-8 hours, until soft and falling apart. Remove fat and gristle. Shred meat and return to slow cooker with broth. Simmer until ready to eat.
Sweet pork goes great with Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing (recipe in book), over fresh salad, with pico de gallo, avocado and freshly fried tortilla strips.
