DOUGH:
1 pkg. yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
2 1/2 - 3 cups flour

MEAT FILLING:
1 lb. sausage
Chopped onion
1 minced garlic
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 lb. can tomatoes
4 oz. can mushrooms
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt, pepper

CHEESE TOPPING:
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Make a stiff yeast dough, knead 2-3 minutes. Let rise
1-1 1/2 hours.
Prepare meat filling by browning sausage. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15-20 minutes. Roll out 1/2 the dough. Place in a 15 x 10 jelly-roll pan. Spread with meat filling. Roll out rest of dough, place on filling. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes, remove, put on cheese topping. Bake 15 minutes more.
