1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 (8oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 (4oz.) can diced green chilies
1 cup sliced ripe olives
1 cup grated jack cheese
1 large bag Fritos corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and add onion, salt, tomato sauce. Blend cottage cheese, sour cream and chilies and olives. Crush corn chips. In a lightly greased casserole dish, layer corn chips, 1/2 the meat mixture, 1/2 the sour cream mix, and 1/2 cup of the jack cheese. Repeat layers. Top with corn chips and bake at 350º for 40-60 minutes.
