Ingredients:  
1/4 Recipe Emiko's Oriental Dinner Basic Meat Mix (about 2 cups)
9 eggs
2 cups water 1/2 pkg. soup stock (Japanese)
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with a little cold water to dissolve
1/2 bunch green onion
2 handfuls bean sprouts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs with remaining meat mix. Add bean sprouts and cook in hot oil until light brown. Make gravy by mixing water, stock, soy sauce, and corn starch and cooking until thickened. Add chopped green onions and serve over egg foo yong.
