1/4 Recipe Emiko's Oriental Dinner Basic Meat Mixture
(about 2 cups)
Egg roll skins

Directions:
Directions:
To make won tons, use the small skins. Put a spoonful of meat mix onto skin and fold over to form a triangle. Put water on edges and press to seal. Fry in oil heated to 375゚ until golden brown.
Egg rolls use the larger skins.For egg roll, put spoonful on skin and roll like a burrito, sealing each side and ends with water. Fry the same as for wontons.
