Ingredients:  
1 round steak, cut in 1/2 “ strips
3 Tbsp. oil
2 cups cut up celery
2 large onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 cans green beans(reserve liquid)
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
Bean liquid and water to make 2 cups
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown round steak in oil. Add celery, onions, green peppers, green beans and mushrooms. Add bean liquid/water mixed with cornstarch and soy sauce. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 1 hour. Serve over steamed rice.
