1 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 lg. eggs
3 Tbsp. milk
3 c. flour
Dash salt
4 oz. cream cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, soda and salt in a bowl. Make a hole in middle, add eggs, shortening, milk, vanilla, and cream cheese. Mix with hands, make 2 balls, roll out, and cut into shapes. Bake at 350º on an ungreased cookie sheet 6-8 minutes. Then frost.
Frosting:
powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, and milk
