1 can crushed pineapple, 20 oz.
1 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. chopped dates
1 c. miniature marshmallows
5 or 6 butter cookies, crushed
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 pkg. flaked coconut, 14 oz.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix drained, crushed pineapple, chopped pecans, chopped dates, marshmallows, and 5 or 6 crushed butter cookies. Cover and set in refrigerator overnight. Put about a tablespoon of mixture between 3 cookies till you run out of cookies or mixture. Hold between fingers and thumb; spread with thawed Cool Whip, then press coconut all around. Can be frozen up to 2 weeks. Makes 18-24.
