2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups Bisquick
4 heaping Tbsp. cornmeal
1 1/2 cubes melted butter (3/4 cup)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add milk and butter. Fold in dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.

This version is very sweet and light. The family calls it "corn cake".
