2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup unflavored yogurt or 1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1 Tbsp. snipped chives

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until a soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Gently smooth dough into a ball on flour covered board. Knead 5 times. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with floured 2-inch cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450° until golden brown, 8-10 minutes.
