4 cups cream
4 cups half and half
2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups mashed fruit (optional)
Crushed Ice
Rock Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Add everything except rock salt and ice to ice cream freezer can. Cover and pack ice cream maker with ice and rock salt according to directions. Make as directed.
