1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
4 Tbsp. corn starch
1 tsp. salt
Minced onion to taste
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Season all (optional)
1-2 Tbsp. oil
1 cup pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
6 Tbsp. water
1//2 – 1 cup sugar
Pineapple chunks
1-3 green peppers, cut in chunks
cooked rice

Mix ground beef, egg, and 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, salt, onion, pepper, and season-all. Form into 18 balls. Brown in 1 Tbsp. oil . Set aside. Mix remaining oil with pineapple juice. Add remaining cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, water, and sugar. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add meatballs, pineapple, and green peppers. Heat thoroughly. Serve hot over rice.

Instead of meatballs, I sometimes use chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces.
