FILLING:
2 small pkgs instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
8 oz container of Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers

FROSTING:
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
3 tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp white Karo syrup
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 pkgs of pudding and 3 1/2 cups milk as for pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Place a layer of whole graham crackers in bottom of 9 X 13 pan. Put half of the pudding mixture on top of crackers in pan. Top with another layer of crackers spread remaining pudding on top then a third layer of crackers.

FROSTING:
Melt chocolate and butter together and Karo syrup, vanilla, powdered sugar and milk. Mix with electric mixer until smooth. Frost top layer of crackers.

*Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight
