3 c. hot milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. instant potato flakes
1 T. salt
1/2 c. butter or 3/4 c. shortening
4 whipped eggs
1 1/2 T. yeast
7-8 c. flour (1/2 white and 1/2 wheat)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 5 ingredients. Then add the rest and mix. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Divide in two-- makes two loaves. Form loaves and place in greased loaf pans. Bake at 350º for about an hour (45-55 mins)
