3-4 lb. beef roast (any cut),
2 pkg. onion soup mix,

Spray the slow cooker with Pam and put the meat in. Pour the dry soup mix over the top. No need to add water. I never do. Leave the lid on. Set the cooker on low for 5-6 hrs. or high for 3-4 hours. I prefer low. You can also cook this in your oven over night 200º covered.

This is my favorite roast. It will not need to be sliced because it will fall apart. It will melt in your mouth. I serve this as sandwiches or with potatoes and gravy.
