1-29 oz. can pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3 eggs
1- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 pkg yello cake mix
1 cup chopped nuts 3/4 cup butter melted

Directions:

combine pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, salt nutmeg, and ginger. add eggs beat lightly untill mixture is combined. Graduall stir in evaporated milk, mix well.pour into a greased 9x13 pan. sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture. sprinkle with nuts, drizzle with melted butter .
bake 350º 1-1 1/2 hours or untilledges are firm and centeris almost set.

This is always a request for Thanksgiving,even as full as every one is it's still all gone at the end of the day. You can also put it in a bunt pan, but may have to bake a little longer. Enjoy
