Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4-6 lean white meat pork chops
Lawrey's seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan on med-high heat, arrange the pork chops. Sprinkle Lawrey's seasoning salt on top liberally. When they are brown on the first side, turn so the seasoned side is now down and put Lawrey's on the browned side. When the other side is browned put a little water in the bottom of the frying pan and cover and turn down to medium to let simmer for a few minutes. Add a little more water if all water cooks out and chops are still not done. Cook until they are just cooked through. If you cook them too long they will be dry.

Personal Notes:
You can also cook these on the barbecue the same way (without the water) and they are so good.
