3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 cans Bumble Beeš crabmeat
3 T. chopped onion
2 T. chopped green pepper
1/4 lb. butter
2 T. cornstarch
1 c. milk
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Clam shells Crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer butter, onion and green pepper until soft. Add cornstarch and 1cup of milk (or more, if needed) and stir until creamy and boiling. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add chopped egg and crabmeat. Stir until well mixed.

Fill the shells with mixture and sprinkle crushed potato chips on top. Broil until chips are slightly brown, being careful not to burn.
